Located in the heart of Annecy, the small Hôtel des Alpes is a relaxed, contemporary property less than five minutes’ walk from the town’s main sights and Lac d’Annecy itself. Enjoy meandering from the hotel to the old town, up and down the canals and browsing in the local shops.
Inside, the decor combines contemporary style and comforts with rustic, traditional elements in a warm and welcoming way. The 32 rooms are set over four floors and feature tasteful interiors decorated in modern tones of taupe and grey with pops of raspberry. The rooms vary in size across the different categories but all are comfortable and many feature small balconies overlooking the bustling streets below.
The breakfast room next to the reception area serves a daily selection of hot and cold options, and although there is no hotel restaurant, there are plenty of local restaurants and caf茅s in the surrounding streets.

A medieval city built around a hilltop castle and riddled with canals, Annecy is best explored on foot. On this walking tour, your private guide will reveal the history behind the rickety old buildings, fortifications and characterful cobbled lanes.
Cruise along the scenic shores of Lac d鈥橝nnecy on a private boat on this evening cruise. Visit a smuggler鈥檚 cave and admire the turquoise waters then sip an ap茅ritif as you watch the sun set behind Annecy.
