Rooms
Spread across three historic buildings, the rooms are small but full of character with sloping beamed ceilings and paintings of local scenes hanging on the walls. The historic nature of the buildings means that each room is different but all are simply styled with modern touches and views of the bustling cobbled streets below. Across the various buildings are twin, double and triple rooms, all equipped with a TV and a bathroom with shower or bath.聽
Location
Hotel le Dauphin les Loges overlooks a quiet cobbled square close to Saint-Catherine's Church and the old port with its small fishing boats and lively restaurants. The main shopping street, just around the corner, is lined with independent boutiques and medieval half-timbered houses, making this an ideal spot from which to explore the town. Omaha Beach is about a 90-minute drive away.
Food and drink
Located in the Dauphin house, the bright and cheerful breakfast room is decorated with local artwork and handicrafts. In the afternoon, it becomes a tea room offering freshly made treats with tea and coffee. Although there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, there are numerous restaurants and bistros just a short walk from the hotel.
