Upon arrival in Paris, you're met at the airport and driven to your centrally located hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a short leisurely cruise along the River Seine to take in all that the city has to offer. You can sit back and relax while taking in views of the Eiffel Tower, The Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral and more. We'll provide the champagne to celebrate your arrival.

Your private guide meets you in your hotel lobby, and together, you walk to the two Islands, 脦le de la Cit茅 and 脦le Saint-Louis. You visit the Gothic-style Notre Dame Cathedral before walking to Sainte-Chapelle to admire its remarkable stained-glass windows. Next, you walk a short distance from the islands to the Louvre. Here, your guide will help you to navigate this historic palace, which has been turned into an extensive museum, ensuring you see its most famous pieces, including the Mona Lisa.

This morning, you're met by your driver-guide in the hotel lobby and taken to Ch芒teau de Versailles. Escorting you through the royal apartments, the Hall of Mirrors, the opera, galleries and chapel, your guide will explain the rich history of the palace and the reign of the Sun King, Louis XIV. The tour ends with a stroll through the beautiful French gardens and fountains surrounding the chateau. When you've finished your visit, your driver-guide will take you back to your hotel, and you have the rest of the day at leisure in Paris.

Your day begins with a visit to Les Invalides, Napoleon's tomb and the Army Museum. Today, your private driver meets you in your hotel lobby and drives you to the train station for your train to Bayeux in Normandy. Begin your time in Normandy with a walking tour of historic Bayeux. The tour includes a visit to the famed Bayeux Tapestry, which depicts the exploits of William the Conqueror, Duke of Normandy and King of England during the 11th century.

Today set out with your driver-guide for the American landing sites, starting with Omaha Beach before continuing to the American Cemetery for a humbling visit. Afterwards, you visit Pointe-du-Hoc, a German garrison overlooking the beaches down below. After lunch continue to Sainte-M猫re-脡glise, the first French village to be liberated. Afterwards, visit the Airborne Museum and Utah Beach before heading back to your hotel.

Today head out with your driver-guide to explore the British and Canadian landing sites, beginning with Pegasus Memorial, Ranville British Cemetery, and Merville Battery. After lunch continue to the Juno Beach Centre and for a walk along Juno Beach before visiting two country estates that were used as headquarters during the war, one by the British and one by the Nazis.
