Located 400 metres below sea level, this is one of the most unique locations of any Marriott property in the world. The Dead Sea has been a source of restorative and curative therapies for thousands of years, so the spa and relaxation facilities at the Marriott are superb. Pools are splashed with gentle fountains, and attractive wooden bridges cross the cool water.
The public areas of the hotel have a traditional feel to them, with wooden mashrabiya screens, Ottoman-style furnishings, and imaginative use of greenery. Rooms are very comfortable, with all the conveniences you would expect from a luxury hotel, including free Wi-Fi in public areas.
The Dead Sea Marriott Resort offers excellent facilities and a friendly service, as expected from this chain. An excellent place to enjoy some relaxation at the Dead Sea.
