South Africa has always been popular for its gastronomy and top class wines and in their latest brochure 香港六合彩开奖记录 has introduced several excellent new suggestions for food and wine lovers.

Highlights include:

Cape Town

A new walking tour that shows off the city through its food. Discover authentic regional dishes and unusual places to eat on this neighbourhood food tour, stopping for specialities such as bobotie and samosas.

Or go wine in tasting in style by taking a helicopter flight over the city and Table Mountain before landing in beautiful Constantia for a private wine-tasting afternoon.

Franschhoek

The two new Leeu hotels that opened this year have further raised the standard in the Winelands and provide an excellent base from which to discover the numerous award-winning vineyards and some of the finest restaurants in South Africa. Leeu House is located in the heart of the town and has just 12 rooms and its own excellent Conservatory Restaurant. It's located next door to the Tuk Tuk Microbrewery, the first in Franschhoek.

Leeu Estates is just outside Franschhoek and is surrounded by verdant vineyards and views over the valley. It has 17 rooms and a first class restaurant as well as a working winery with tasting rooms.

Stellenbosch

A new walking and eating tour that combines exploration of the historic centre with frequent dips into the gastronomic scene, whether it's for artisan biltong, traditional sweets or a leisurely glass of wine.

Hermanus

The wine regions of South Africa aren't just limited to the Winelands. Hermanus, normally better known for whale watching, sits at the end of the Hemel en Aarde Valley, which stretches from the ocean to the mountains. Audley has included a new wine safari using open-sided safari vehicles to take you from the ocean up to the wineries high on the mountain ridge. It’s a hop-on, hop-off service with pick-ups every half an hour so you can spend as much time as you want at each vineyard.

Johannesburg

Johannesburg is coming in to its own with increased security, a thriving, cosmopolitan atmosphere and a burgeoning restaurant scene. The new Hallmark House (opening at the end of 2016) is in the heart of the regenerated downtown Maboneng Precinct and offers easy access to all the local markets and art installations as well as excellent cafés and restaurants.
