Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Cancun. On arrival in Cancun, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Today you will be collected from your hotel and driven to Chichén Itzá, where you will take a guided tour of the ruins with a private guide, followed by lunch. You will then continue to ²Ñé°ù¾±»å²¹.

Day at leisure to relax and stroll around this charming colonial city. Head to the main squares in the evening, where locals often perform traditional Yucatecan dances.

Today, take a private guided tour of two ancient Mayan sites buried deep in the jungle. At Uxmal, an hour's drive from ²Ñé°ù¾±»å²¹, your guide points out the architecture unique to this site, such as the carved cisterns paying homage to the rain god Chaac. Ascend the Magician's Pyramid for views over the whole site. In the afternoon, journey to Kabáh, a settlement once connected to Uxmal by a white stone causeway. You're dropped back in ²Ñé°ù¾±»å²¹ at the end of the trip.

This morning, you will join a local Oaxacan chef to visit a nearby market where you’ll shop together for ingredients before heading back to his cookery school to begin your lesson. Here you will learn to marry local ingredients together and create a number of select dishes frequented in the country's cuisine. The fresh spices used in Mexican cooking are renowned for bringing to life many dishes.

Leaving Oaxaca behind, you will fly to Mexico City. You will have the rest of the day at leisure. Use this evening to dine at one of Mexico City’s famous gourmet restaurants.
