Allan and Jacqui have done a fantastic job restoring this 1920s farmhouse. The six rooms are all en suite and there is a comfortable sitting room with an honesty bar and a fascinating collection of books about the islands.
In addition to the amazing wildlife on the island that they will introduce you to, the lodge itself is only 15 minutes' walk from Elephant Beach, four miles of beautiful white sand. Both Allan and Jacqui were born in the Falklands and have a wealth of knowledge that has been added to by Allan's experience as a guide on Antarctic cruises. Rightly proud of what they have achieved on this remote Island, they will make you feel like part of the family.
