One of the oldest houses in the city, the Yegua Loca was built in 1929 and carefully restored and decorated to reflect Patagonian country life.

The en-suite rooms echo old Patagonia and its crafts in the thoughtful and imaginative decor.

Location

A characterful boutique hotel with themed guest rooms, situated on the edge of the city. Perched on a hill, La Yegua Loca has views toward the Strait of Magellan and is only a short walk from the main park.

Food and drink

The hotel’s restaurant, serves traditional Patagonian cuisine, with some Croatian influence (where the owners descend from). There is also a bar, which has been styled to reflect the Patagonian pulperías, used by gauchos a century ago.
