Itinerary idea in detail

Private customized tour. Ask us about booking your international flights at our preferred rates.

  • Upon arrival in Turin, meet your driver and transfer by private car to your hotel in the heart of the city. After settling in, meet your private guide, who will take you around the largest food market in Europe and the streets of Turin while you sample some of the local delicacies, including chocolate, bicerin coffee, and a glass of wine.

  • Today, experience the modern metro system by journeying to the outskirts where the Lingotto factory building stands. The unassuming yet grand building hosts a private collection of paintings and sculptures from artists such as Picasso. Before visiting Eataly for a light tasting, visit the old Fiat test track on the rooftop which offers panoramic city views. Next, stop at the local Eataly store to enjoy a sampling of cheese, chocolate and Vermouth wine.

  • Head south toward the Piedmontese countryside, to the region known as Langhe where you’ll first visit the village of Barolo. Visit the WIMU wine museum there before journeying to a family-run, Barolo-producing winery. Learn about the winery's history through a short tour before tasting the wine and enjoying the views.

  • Enjoy a private lesson in the kitchen of a local trattoria. The chef will guide you through the preparation of your own meal. Savour the fresh pasta, main course and dessert which you have prepared today, accompanied by some wine. Following your cooking class, venture to the Barbaresco vineyards with your private hiking guide to learn about how the local wine is produced and enjoy a tasting of the wine.

  • Spend your last morning in Italy at your leisure before your private driver brings you to the train station for your train to Lyon, France. Upon arrival in Lyon, your private driver will bring you to your centrally located hotel.

  • This morning, your private guide meets you at the hotel, and together, you go on an orientation tour of Lyon, introducing you to the rich history of the city while stopping along the way for several tastings of classic Lyonnais food. Your tour finishes at the Les Halles covered market, made famous by chef Paul Bocuse.

  • Together with a small group, your driver-guide brings you into the heart of the Beaujolais wine region, where you will meet a local winemaker who will introduce you to his family-run vineyard before enjoying a tasting in his wine cellar. En route, you will also visit two small medieval villages, known for their picturesque cobbled streets and town squares.

  • This morning, you make your way to your in-depth cooking class on the Presqu’Île in Lyon. Under the instruction of your private chef, you will cook a classic French meal, learning techniques you will be able to bring home with you. End your lesson by enjoying your meal, accompanied with some local wine. You will have the rest of the afternoon at your leisure to explore Lyon.

  • Today you say goodbye to France as your private driver brings you to the train station for your train to Charles de Gaulle Airport for your onward journey home.
