Modern amenities include flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, telephones, tea and coffee-making facilities, and en suite bathrooms with showers, hair dryers, and toiletries.
Elsewhere, you鈥檒l find outdoor hot tubs from where you can watch the northern lights when they鈥檙e visible, a fireplace for relaxing with a book, and a bar that hosts daily happy hours. There鈥檚 also a restaurant for buffet breakfasts as well as varied 脿 la carte lunch and dinner menus with Icelandic classics such as lamb, arctic char, and skyr cake. We love this hotel near Lake M媒vatn for its warm and welcoming vibe. Its proximity to north Iceland鈥檚 attractions such as 脕sbyrgi canyon and Dettifoss waterfall makes it a very appealing choice.
