The Sanubari

Indonesia

Nestled within the resorts 100 hectare reserve, The Sanubari is a sanctuary for the explorer and nature lover searching for unique experiences in one of the world’s last living megalithic cultures.

The property is set on 2 km (1.2 miles) of pristine beachfront and every villa looks over the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Each villa is elegant in design and features oversized windows to enjoy the views, hand crafted furniture, and a traditional Sumabnese decor.

The beachfront farm to table restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, with a focus on locally grown seasonal produce wherever possible.

Whilst there is no public swimming pool, upgraded villas feature a private pool which is generously sized and terrazzo-lined.

OUR OPINION:

Guests can enjoy experiences such as swimming with horses, exploring traditional villages and indulging in spa treatments, all while being immersed in the island's rich cultural heritage.
