Located on a quiet street in the heart of Bloomsbury, an area known for its literary connections, The Bloomsbury Hotel is just a five-minute walk to the British Museum and Oxford Street. The impressive exterior dates back to the 1920s and inside, the wooden parquet flooring, high ceilings, chandeliers and oversized vintage furnishings reflect this. References to the Bloomsbury Set, which included Virginia Woolf and E.M. Forster, are found throughout.
The 153 rooms are all a good size, with a gray, white and black palette, ornate wooden headboards and all modern amenities. There's an attractive bar and the Dalloway Terrace offers both indoor and outdoor dining along with an award-winning menu and a range of activities from yoga to cinema evenings.
Tucked away in a quiet corner of central London, The Bloomsbury is welcoming and friendly and has a perfect location for exploring many of London’s main landmarks.
