The Inn at Ormsby Hill

Manchester, The US

The award-winning Inn at Ormsby Hill lies just five minutes' drive from the center of Manchester village in a delightful spot offering panoramic views of the Green Mountains. The oldest part of the house dates back to 1764, imbuing it with a long and interesting history. The inn's owners, MaryAnn and Jack, offer guests a warm welcome to their elegant but comfortable home that conveys their sense of stylish good taste.

Each of the ten guest rooms is individually decorated in period style and furnished with a canopy bed, a whirlpool bath, and some have a fireplace. In addition, some rooms also offer a two person steam sauna or a private deck. All rooms have complimentary wireless internet access, air conditioning, luxurious bathrobes, and beds with extra-firm posturepedic mattresses. Downstairs both the sitting room and gathering room are cozy places to sit beside the fire with a book from one of the shelves. Beyond these the conservatory dining room is a magnificent setting for delicious gourmet breakfasts whilst also providing a ring-side seat for the magnificent mountain views. At the back of the house the porch offers comfortable tables and chairs and also comes with the beautiful mountain views.

Although The Inn at Ormsby Hill does not offer dinner, several excellent dining options are located just a short drive away.
