The best time to visit St Vincent and the Grenadines is between February and April, which are the driest months. However, the islands enjoy a hot, tropical climate year-round. The average hours of sunshine are fairly consistent for each month, with temperatures reaching average highs of around 30°C.
The rain usually falls in brief, very heavy showers from June to November, which is the official hurricane season. The islands’ southerly location means that hurricanes rarely have a major impact, although the period also sees tropical storms in the region.
The climate does vary between the Grenadines, as the southern islands are slightly drier and warmer than those in the north.
