Itinerary idea in detail

Includes international flights from a choice of UK airports, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

  • Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Saint Lucia. On arrival in Saint Lucia, you will be met by our representatives and transferred by private vehicle to the stunning Ladera. The journey will take approximately an hour as your vehicle winds around the hills to bring you to the lush rainforest of the southwest of the island. The stunning views of the famous pitons of St Lucia from your room form an incredible welcome.

  • You might like to spend the day at leisure today soaking up the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful setting high on the rainforested hillside. The open fourth wall of your room welcomes the outside in and offers great views of the pitons. Relax at your plunge pool or enjoy the view from the restaurant. Nearby Boucan Hotel by Hotel Chocolat is worth a visit to explore the chocolate-making process and try the cocoa-inspired dishes on their menu.

  • Ladera is in the perfect position to explore. Get closer to the magnificent pitons with a guided Gros Piton hike or take a guided tour through the rainforest to discover the local flora and fauna. If you prefer to be in the water, you're near one of the best spots on the island for snorkelling and diving.

  • You will have most of the morning to explore or relax as you wish before you have a private transfer back to the airport in time for your flight across to Union Island in the Grenadines. On arrival, you will be met at the hotel and transferred on their boat to the island of Petit St Vincent, your home for the next seven nights. It's only a short boat ride, leaving you time to settle in and relax before dinner.

  • The beautiful private island of Petit St Vincent is a tropical paradise with 113 acres of rainforest surrounded by white sand coves and beautiful turquoise water. Your spacious and luxurious cottage, complete with a hammock, is perfect for relaxation, but if you'd like to explore the island, simply borrow a bicycle or head out on foot along one of the trails.

  • No visit to the Grenadines is complete without venturing to the Tobago Cays, one of the best snorkelling and diving spots in the Caribbean. These five uninhabited islands aren't far from Petit St Vincent and the resort arranges its own sailing excursions there.

  • As well as a dive centre at the resort, there is a choice of water sports, including paddleboards, kayaks and windsurfs. Try some snorkelling or burning off calories with a game of tennis.

  • Today is a day at leisure. For ultimate relaxation, the island’s Hillside Spa has four open-air treatment rooms, which are elevated among the trees at the base of Marni Hill.

  • When you're feeling more active, the resort has hiking trails meandering across the island, including a winding path that leads up to Marni Hill’s 83-metre summit, which takes around 15–20 minutes.

  • Take a stroll along the beautiful beach.

  • Today you will take the resort's boat transfer back to Union Island in time for your flight to Barbados. You will be met at the airport and fast-tracked through to check in for your flight home.

  • Arrive home today to complete your journey.
