This Victorian-era boutique hotel sits on the edge of the Bay of Chaleur, boasting uninterrupted views over the water. The property is run by the Paulin family, whose ancestors also worked in Caraquet’s hospitality industry. They’ll do everything to ensure your stay is comfortable and can use their local knowledge to help you decide what to do each day.
The property has a traditional style throughout, having been carefully restored to ensure original features are tastefully balanced with modern amenities. Rooms and suites are individually decorated and are filled with plenty of natural light. They each have an en suite bathroom, air conditioning and internet access.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the cafés and restaurants of Caraquet, as well as being just a short drive from the Acadian Village. The dining room has retained its 19th-century charm, with wooden furniture offset by sunlight that filters through the tall windows. Here you can enjoy locally sourced food, lovingly cooked by your hosts and paired with a selection of wines.
On a summer’s evening, you can sit in the garden with a drink and watch the sun set over the ocean.
We like this hotel’s waterfront location, which makes it easy for you to explore Caraquet’s coastline as well as the history and charm of the Acadian Village.

The hotel restaurant serves locally sourced and seasonal dishes freshly prepared each day. Here, you can enjoy regional dishes in a traditional setting.
