QT Perth

Perth, Australia

The QT hotel in Perth is an aesthete’s dream, perfectly balancing quirky, modern design, and Art Deco glamour. As soon as you enter the lobby you are greeted by the QT’s distinctive leather clad concierge, surrounded by cacti, psychedelic murals, and velvet upholstery.

Each room is scattered with the industrial-chic design that QT have become known for, with eccentric touches of Australiana across the hotel, such as cockatoo wallpaper and wildflower murals.

The hotel is perfectly placed in the heart of the city within walking distance of the newly built Elizabeth Quay waterside development as well as Yagan Square, giving you plenty of options for great food and drink with even better views. And if views are your thing, then look no further than the QT’s very own rooftop bar which comes alive in the evenings, with local artists and designers mingling over a cocktail or two.

OUR OPINION:

A trendy option in the heart of the city with a signature mix of West Coast hospitality and eclectic QT style.

Rooms

The QT has seven different room categories, all designed in their own unique QT style. The lead in rooms, the QT King or QT Twin, offer a great bolthole for short stays in Perth with all the facilities you would expect from a top city hotel, including an en suite bathroom with double rain shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a minibar, Bang & Olufsen speakers and a De'Longhi coffee machine. For longer stays we recommend upgrading to the QT Luxe King, for a little extra space and some opulent touches.

Location

The hotel is situated in prime central Perth, within easy walking distance of many of the city’s main highlights, including the impressive Elizabeth Quay waterside development and the ferries to Rottnest Island and Fremantle. It is also just a short walk from here to King’s Park and Botanic Garden, the biggest city park in the world, or over to East Perth where quirky, locally owned eateries and boutiques line the picturesque Swan River.

Food and drink

À la carte breakfast is served daily in the Santini Grill — this is a must not miss and one of our highest-rated hotel breakfasts in Australia. The Santini Grill also offers lunch and dinner, with a Mediterranean menu that puts an emphasis on amazing local Western Australian produce. The Santini Bar and the Rooftop at QT both offer designer cocktails with a quirky QT twist, as well as bar bites to keep you satiated until late into the night.
