Arriving in Cambodia, you will be met by your private guide and driver for the transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Visit Angkor Thom with the enigmatic Bayon Temple, the Terrace of Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. This afternoon, travel out to the floating village of Kompong Khleang, a fascinating trip that offers a chance to see life unfold on the great Tonle Sap lake.

In the early morning visit our personal choice, Ta Prohm. By far the most atmospheric of all the temple ruins, it has been reclaimed by the jungle and is crushed by massive tree roots. Then visit Angkor Wat, the iconic symbol of Cambodia.

This afternoon your time in Siem Reap ends as you fly south to Sihanoukville, the gateway to Cambodia's major beach destinations. Your time there is short, though, as you transfer through to the pretty seaside town of Kep.

Today explore the stunning Royal Palace complex and the Silver Pagoda, named after the 5,000 silver tiles covering the floor. Later you will visit the sombre museum of S21 and the Killing Fields, two sites related to the Khmer Rouge regime.

Depart Phnom Penh for the overland transfer to Kratie. Spend the night on the Island of Koh Trong, which is in the middle of the Mekong River.

This morning board a small boat and cruise along the Mekong looking for the rare Irrawaddy dolphin. Later drive to Sen Monorom in Mondulkiri.
