Itinerary idea in detail

Ask us if you would also like us to arrange your international flights at our preferred rates.

  • Arriving in Cambodia, you will be met by your private guide and driver for the transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

  • Visit Angkor Thom with the enigmatic Bayon Temple, the Terrace of Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. This afternoon, travel out to the floating village of Kompong Khleang, a fascinating trip that offers a chance to see life unfold on the great Tonle Sap lake.

  • In the early morning visit our personal choice, Ta Prohm. By far the most atmospheric of all the temple ruins, it has been reclaimed by the jungle and is crushed by massive tree roots. Then visit Angkor Wat, the iconic symbol of Cambodia.

  • This afternoon your time in Siem Reap ends as you fly south to Sihanoukville, the gateway to Cambodia's major beach destinations. Your time there is short, though, as you transfer through to the pretty seaside town of Kep.

  • A free day to explore Kep and the surrounding area.

  • Explore the colonial gem of Kampot today with your own private tour.

  • Your time in Kep ends this morning as you transfer along the south coast to spend two nights at the beautiful 4 Rivers Floating Lodge.

  • This morning, you transfer to the capital city, Phnom Penh.

  • Today explore the stunning Royal Palace complex and the Silver Pagoda, named after the 5,000 silver tiles covering the floor. Later you will visit the somber museum of S21 and the Killing Fields, two sites related to the Khmer Rouge regime.

  • Depart Phnom Penh for the overland transfer to Kratie. Spend the night on the Island of Koh Trong, which is in the middle of the Mekong River.

  • This morning board a small boat and cruise along the Mekong looking for the rare Irrawaddy dolphin. Later drive to Sen Monorom in Mondulkiri.

    Stay at Nature Lodge
