Itinerary idea in detail

Private customized tour. Ask us about booking your international flights at our preferred rates.

  • After landing in Lisbon, you will be met and transferred to your hotel to settle in.

  • Enjoy a privately guided tour of Lisbon, sampling some traditional snacks and learning about the city’s rich and complex history as you go.

  • Head out of the city today with your private guide and driver to explore the whimsical architecture and elaborate gardens of Sintra.

  • Spend the day exploring Lisbon’s museums, visiting the historic district of Belém where the discovery age explorers set off from, or simply relax at a café in one of the city’s many elegant squares.

  • After picking up your car this morning, it’s an easy drive inland through the sun-baked fields of the Alentejo to the historic city of Évora. Here, you can explore the Roman ruins, visit the eerie Capela dos Ossos (Bone Chapel) or enjoy a hearty meal at one of the city’s excellent restaurants.

  • Heading south from Évora, you’ll stop en route at a family-run winery for a leisurely wine-tasting lunch before continuing onto your hotel in the Algarvian hills.

  • Visit the bustling city of Faro today as you embark on a cooking class with a local chef. After meeting at the market, known for its excellent seafood selection, you’ll pick up some ingredients to take back to the restaurant where you'll learn to make your own Cataplana, a fish stew, typical to the Algarve.

  • Today is yours to relax at the hotel or visit one of the many beautiful beaches nearby.

  • This morning you’ll continue your exploration of the Algarve as you drive west along the coast to the historic town of Lagos. After checking into your hotel, you’ll meet your guide for a hike along the nearby coastline.

  • Enjoy your last day in Portugal as you drive north, back to Lisbon, stopping in the hilltop town of Monchique en route. A local guide will show you around before treating you to an exclusive picnic in the fermenting room of a local distillery. Drop your car back at the airport later this afternoon and catch your evening flight home.
