This is a unique way of getting to know old Manila's vibrant history, via this exciting and educational ecotourism activity in the heart of the walled city.
You will ride through the streets on bamboo bikes hand-made by village folk who make up Gawad Kalinga — a non-profit organization whose mission is to end poverty in the Philippines. You will be guided around the area, making this a fun way to learn about Filipino history.
The tour will enable you to cover more ground than if you were on a walking tour, while being a more interesting and memorable experience than tours that are conducted from a vehicle.
