Rimrock Resort Hotel

Rimrock Resort Hotel

Banff, Canada

Nestled into the side of Sulphur Mountain and overlooking the alpine town of Banff, the Rimrock Resort Hotel offers sweeping views of Bow Valley and the Rockies. With spacious rooms, ample facilities and a convenient location, it makes a good base for exploring Banff National Park.

Though it is located slightly outside of town, close to the Banff Upper Hot Springs, the hotel’s high elevation gives it panoramic mountain views and guests get a complimentary pass for the local bus service. Although this hotel offers plenty of dining options, the shuttle stops frequently right outside to take you into downtown Banff, where you can enjoy the variety of shops and popular restaurants.

OUR OPINION:

Though it’s a little outside town, this hotel offers magnificent mountain views, and it’s a lovely spot for sunset dining or a cup of coffee whilst watching the sun rise over Banff National Park.
