Hidden in a forest of ancient maples in the town of Owen Sound, Highland Manor is a grand Victorian house that has evolved into an enchanting B&B. High ceilings, hardwood floors and period decor give a rich sense of the building's heritage, while the library, dining room and music room offer a glimpse into the patterns of Victorian living.
With just four guest rooms, the property offers an intimate ambiance and personal service. The rooms are spacious and styled in period fashion with antique furniture, heritage fabrics and large area rugs. Owners Linda Bradford and Paul Neville pride themselves on their attention to detail and guests will find fresh flowers in each room and in the morning, home-cooked breakfasts with a choice of daily changing hot dishes.
Relax on the veranda in the evening with a glass of wine, listen as Linda plays the grand piano, and just slow down and soak up the atmosphere of gracious living.
This beautiful Victorian inn, coupled with Linda and Paul's warm hospitality, make this a very special place to stay in the heart of Owen Sound.
