A white façade dotted with black French balconies, the Louis Hotel is in the heart of Munich, giving you easy access to all the main sights. Just steps out the front door is Viktualienmarkt, the extensive food market where the hotel’s restaurant gets its ingredients. The hotel is also just a short walk from Marienplatz, the city’s main square since 1158, making it easy for you to visit the imposing Gothic towers of the Rathaus-Glockenspiel and see the clocktower’s daily show.
The lively atmosphere of the market outside carries into the hotel, where vibrant lime green accents pop against the light wood floors and furnishings. The Louis Hotel has 72 rooms, most with either a French balcony or a full balcony. Some rooms boast views over the busy market, while others look onto the hotel’s quiet courtyard.
The hotel also offers a restaurant serving food made with fresh, regional ingredients, and a rooftop terrace with skyline views of Saint Peter’s Cathedral and Frauenkirche.
This hotel has a location that’s hard to beat. We love that it gives you easy access to Viktualienmarkt, and is just a short walk from other main sights like Marienplatz.
