Praia Verde Boutique Hotel

Praia Verde Boutique Hotel

Algarve, Portugal

Tucked back from the beach and nestled in a grove of pine trees, the Praia Verde Boutique Hotel occupies a secluded position in the eastern Algarve. The modern hotel has been immaculately styled with panoramic windows, natural elements and bright, airy common spaces. Moving through the open-plan lobby, you reach the À Terra restaurant, whose open-sided kitchen allows you to see the chefs at work. The menu focuses on rustic, traditional recipes based around high-quality fresh ingredients as well as offering wood-fired pizzas. Stepping outside, the swimming pool is surrounded by a deck that enjoys natural shade from the surrounding pine trees. The hotel’s 40 rooms and suites, all of which offer Wi-Fi and air-conditioning and many of which feature balconies, are decorated with a fresh, natural palette.

A ten-minute walk down through the pine trees brings you to the wide sandy beach (or praia) from which the hotel takes its name.

OUR OPINION:

A hidden retreat in a quieter section of the Algarve, we love the chic interior design and excellent food on offer at the À Terra restaurant.
